Phase Two: Material Innovation

The client had specific lighting requirements for the cinematic experience:

• Outer Layer: Translucent to let LED lights glow at night.
• Inner Layer: Opaque to ensure a total cinema blackout.

Phase Three: Lightweight Optimization

To reduce weight and cost, we engineered a high-performance single-layer fabric. This breakthrough maintained the dual-effect (external glow + internal darkness) while ensuring easier transportation.
